CW Publishing Group is sponsoring a sweepstakes in which $1,000 or a $100 gift card from The Children's Place can be won each month from August 2007 through January 2008 by a qualified person. Entries received by the final day of each calendar month will be included in the drawing for that month's prize only. All entries become the property of the sponsor. If you meet the eligibility requirements and your entry is randomly drawn by the sweepstakes sponsor on or before the last day of each month during the sweepstakes period, you will win $1,000. Second prize is a $100 gift card from The Children's Place. The sponsor will notify the potential winners by telephone or mail. The odds of winning will depend upon the number of entries received. A total of 1,000,000 entry forms will be printed and available for distribution throughout the sweepstakes period. Entry is also available on www. youandyourfamily.com. To be eligible to win the prize you must be a legal resident of the United States of America, except residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island (who are not eligible to participate), and at least 18 years of age. Employees of CW Publishing Group (CW Communications Inc.) and its subsidiaries and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. One entry is permitted per eligible household. The sweepstakes sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected mail. A total of 6 prizes will be awarded during the sweepstakes period. Each winner is responsible for any income tax payable on the prize. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes agreement to these rules and permission for the sweepstakes sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness and hometown for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity relating to this sweepstakes without additional compensation.
